Advanced Leadership Program
The Success Group's Advanced Leadership Program is a highly interactive program designed for first-line to middle managers and more senor leaders. This impactful program is designed to support and challenge leaders to develop greater levels of self-awareness and noth learn and apply new tools and strategies to be a more effective leader. The entire program is spread over the course of 10 - 12 months and includes four in-person, group leadership development sessions followed by monthly 1:1 coaching to facilitate the transfer of learning back to more effective workplace behaviours.
